From Meraki founder Stephanie Georges

‍For 30 years my role was to see change coming and get organizations through it — on Wall Street first, then in C-suite roles. Then somewhere in midlife, things shifted. What my life asked of me was different, and I needed to become different with it. It was harder than I expected. All that experience, and I still didn't know where to begin.

So I did what I'd always done. I went and studied it: hundreds of women, focus groups and interviews, the experts who work with them, and the systems that keep failing them. What I heard was consistent. There is no trusted place built for women in these moments.

What I learned was that these moments aren't problems to be solved. They're openings — to widen the aperture, reassess the foundation, and reorient toward a life that suits who you are now.

That's what we've built Meraki to do. Knowledge shaped to what you need and women who are living it too, so you come out steadier, clearer, and ready for what's next.
